What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays are available by appointment only.

Where are you located?

13335 SW 124 St, Suite 108, Miami, FL 33186, in the Kendall area. We serve patients from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Our team serves patients in English and Spanish, from the front desk through your visit.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, and Cigna. Credentialing with Oscar Insurance and United Healthcare is pending approval. Call us and we will verify your plan.

Can I be seen without insurance?

Yes. Patients without health insurance are accepted through self-payment, and whenever possible we help connect patients with resources that can assist them.

How do I make an appointment?

Call 305-964-5013 or submit the appointment request form on our contact page. We will call you back to confirm your date and time.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of your current medications, and any recent lab results or referrals.

Do you offer labs on site?

Yes. Blood collection, routine testing, preventive screenings, pregnancy testing, and rapid diagnostic tests for COVID-19, influenza, and strep are done in our clinic.
